Creamy Cheese Mac (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup milk, adjust as needed.
02 - 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces.
03 - 8 ounces processed cheese, cut into chunks.
04 - 2 cups shredded cheddar.
05 - 16 oz of elbow pasta.
06 - Optional: sprinkle of paprika.
07 - Season with salt and pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook macaroni in salted boiling water. Drain when the texture is firm but not hard, then toss back into the pot.
02 - Toss butter into warm pasta and stir until melted. Mix in cheeses and pour in a little milk at a time. Stir till smooth.
