Without stirring, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat for roughly 5 minutes.

Add diced onion, stir it a bit, and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Drain any fat if needed.

Stir in orzo pasta, garlic, Italian herbs, and optional chili flakes. Let them warm up for about a minute.

Stir in the tomato sauce, heavy cream, broth, and Worcestershire until it's all blended.

Gently simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often to keep everything from sticking.

Take it off the heat and mix in spinach leaves along with the parmesan cheese.
