Cranberry Wine Punch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 750 ml red wine (1 bottle).
02 - 1 cup of brandy.
03 - 1/4 cup of granulated sugar.
04 - Two cups of fresh cranberries.
05 - One orange, cut into rounds.
06 - One apple, chopped into small chunks.
07 - A couple of cinnamon sticks.
08 - Four pieces of star anise.
09 - Four rosemary sprigs, with extras for decoration.
10 - One chilled bottle of sparkling apple cider.
11 - A mix of cinnamon and sugar for glass edges (optional).
12 - Honey or maple syrup for glass rims (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - In a big pitcher, stir together the wine, brandy, sugar, fruits, cinnamon sticks, star anise, and rosemary.
02 - To blend the flavors, cover and keep in the fridge overnight.
03 - Add your sparkling cider right before pouring.
04 - Dust a plate with sugar and cinnamon. Coat glass rims with honey or syrup, then dip them in the sugary mix.
05 - Serve it over ice and pop some rosemary sprigs on top for flair.

# Notes:

01 - It’s best if you prep this the evening before.
02 - Make sure the fizzy cider goes in last—just before serving.
03 - Dress up the glasses for a festive vibe if you'd like.
