Set your oven to 375°F to get it preheated. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Stir together the mayonnaise, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until it’s smooth and creamy.

Take each piece of chicken and coat it well in the mayo mix. Then roll it in the crushed crackers, pressing gently so the crumbs stick.

Place the coated chicken on the baking tray, leaving a little room between each. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden, and make sure the inside’s cooked to 165°F.

Let them sit for a minute or two before serving. Add your favorite dipping sauce on the side!
