Ranch Chicken Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound chicken tenders

→ Coating Mix

02 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
05 - ½ cup mayonnaise
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder

→ Crust

07 - 1 cup finely crushed Ritz crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F to get it preheated. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Stir together the mayonnaise, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until it’s smooth and creamy.
03 - Take each piece of chicken and coat it well in the mayo mix. Then roll it in the crushed crackers, pressing gently so the crumbs stick.
04 - Place the coated chicken on the baking tray, leaving a little room between each. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden, and make sure the inside’s cooked to 165°F.
05 - Let them sit for a minute or two before serving. Add your favorite dipping sauce on the side!

# Notes:

01 - Try swapping mayo with sour cream or Greek yogurt if you’d rather.
02 - Gluten-free crackers can be used.
03 - If you like things extra crispy, broil it for a minute or two at the end.
04 - These can stay fresh in the fridge for up to three days.
