Cowboy Potato Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb frozen diced potatoes.
02 - 1 can red kidney beans, drained.
03 - 1 tsp black pepper.
04 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese.
05 - 1 can diced tomatoes, keep the liquid.
06 - 1/4 cup diced onions (frozen works too).
07 - 1 tsp salt.
08 - 1 lb ground beef, cooked and grease removed.
09 - 1 can condensed mushroom soup.
10 - 1 cup frozen corn kernels.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir all ingredients except the cheese together inside a six-quart slow cooker.
02 - Pop the lid on, then cook it on high for about 4 hours, or set it to low for 7-8 hours.
03 - Take the lid off, spread the shredded cheese over the top, cover again, and warm it for 30 more minutes.
04 - Scoop out into bowls, throw on your favorite toppings, and enjoy it warm.

01 - Great option to prep ahead and let it cook while you're busy.
02 - You can switch up the toppings to make it just how you like it!
