Herb Butter Spread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
02 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
04 - 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
05 - 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
07 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
08 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
10 - 1 tablespoon grainy Dijon mustard
11 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
12 - 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, soft

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the softened butter and all the herbs and seasonings until everything is blended nicely
02 - Wrap the mixture in cling film, roll it into a cylinder, and chill for 2 hours until it hardens
03 - Heat the mix in the microwave in 20-second intervals until it's fully melted
04 - Seal it in a container that’s airtight and keep refrigerated for up to 5 days

01 - Works great as a spread or melted into dips
02 - Yields about 2/3 cup of butter mixture
03 - A food processor can be helpful if you prefer
