# Instructions:

01 - Cook butter in a pan on medium heat till it turns amber and gets little brown flecks. Move to a bowl making sure you've got 90g left.
02 - Get your oven hot at 350°F/175°C. Grease an 8-inch square pan and put parchment in it.
03 - Combine chocolate and butter until melted. Stir in cocoa powder. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar till they're light and puffy. Mix everything together, then gently add flour and salt.
04 - Blend sugars with your browned butter. Throw in the egg and vanilla. Gently mix in dry stuff and chocolate just enough to combine.
05 - Start with half the brownie mix at the bottom, add 2/3 of flattened cookie dough next, pour remaining brownie mix, then drop leftover cookie bits on top. Cook for 40-45 minutes until the sides are firm.

# Notes:

01 - The center should jiggle a bit when it's done.
02 - Let it cool all the way before you cut into it.
03 - A thermometer for your oven really helps.
