Set your oven to 375°F to warm up. In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar, then put it aside.

Whip together butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until it’s light and smooth. Slowly stir in flour, salt, and nuts until it all holds together.

Scoop out 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, and line them up on your baking sheet, keeping space between them.

Pop them in the oven for 9 to 12 minutes. Let them sit on the sheet for about 5 minutes to cool down slightly.
