Cinnamon Cookie Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
02 - 1 cup softened butter.
03 - 2 cups plain flour.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
05 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
07 - 4 ounces pecans, chopped super fine.
08 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F to warm up. In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar, then put it aside.
02 - Whip together butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until it’s light and smooth. Slowly stir in flour, salt, and nuts until it all holds together.
03 - Scoop out 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, and line them up on your baking sheet, keeping space between them.
04 - Pop them in the oven for 9 to 12 minutes. Let them sit on the sheet for about 5 minutes to cool down slightly.
05 - Toss the still-warm cookies in the cinnamon-sugar blend so they’re covered all over.

# Notes:

01 - Walnuts work as a pecan substitute.
02 - Great to freeze for later.
03 - Stays fresh up to 3 days on the counter.
