Cinnamon Apple Sweet Potato (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups of cubed sweet potatoes (2 medium).
02 - 2 cups of diced apples (about 2 medium).
03 - 3 tablespoons of melted salted butter.
04 - 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
05 - 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
06 - 1 teaspoon of sea salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F. Coat a big baking sheet with some grease.
02 - Stir the sweet potatoes with 2 tablespoons of butter and a sprinkle of salt. Spread them out and bake for 20 minutes. Stir them once halfway. Aim for light browning.
03 - Coat the apple chunks in 1 tablespoon of butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir well so everything is covered.
04 - Combine the apples with the roasted sweet potatoes. Stir them up. Bake together another 15-20 minutes, stirring once halfway through. You’re done when everything looks golden and caramelized. Serve warm.
