Cake Mix Christmas Cookies (Print Version)
# Ingredients:

1 box (15.25 oz) of chocolate-flavored cake mix.

1/3 cup of cooking oil.

A teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Two big eggs.

1 cup of M&Ms candies.

Optional: squares of peppermint bark.

Optional: chocolate chip pieces.

Optional: bits of toffee.

Optional: crushed pieces of candy cane.

Optional: pecans, chopped up.
# Instructions:

Turn your oven to 350°F and let it heat up.

Stir together the dry cake mix, oil, and vanilla with the eggs. The mix will be thick. Then, gently mix in your M&Ms.

Shape dough into little 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet without greasing it.

Bake the cookies for 9-11 minutes. Let them sit on the baking tray for 2-3 minutes, then move them to a rack to cool completely.

You can use any kind of chocolate cake mix. Swap M&Ms for other fun add-ins. Dough lasts in the fridge for up to 3 days. Makes around 2 dozen cookies.
