08 - Half a cup of chopped fresh cilantro
09 - Juice from one lime
10 - A tablespoon of honey
11 - Two minced garlic cloves
12 - Half a teaspoon of red chili flakes
13 - One red chili pepper sliced thin
14 - A pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Dump everything for the marinade into a bowl and stir it until it’s blended well.
02 - Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise, then slice into smaller pieces. Toss the chicken in a big bowl with olive oil, a tablespoon of the marinade, and the spices.

04 - Place the cooked chicken onto a plate, then pour the leftover marinade on top.

# Notes:

01 - You can marinate the chicken ahead or cook it straight away.
02 - Works great in tacos, salads, or even as the main star of your meal.
03 - Feel free to dial up or down the chili to match your heat preference!
