Chicken Rice Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 packet of dry onion soup mix (1 ounce).
02 - 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (10.5 ounces).
03 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless.
04 - 1 1/2 cups of water.
05 - A cup of uncooked white rice, long grain.
06 - Salt and pepper as you like.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven to 325°F to warm it up.
02 - Coat a 9x13 dish lightly with cooking spray.
03 - Set the chicken into the prepared dish.
04 - Use salt and pepper to season the chicken pieces.
05 - Scatter the raw rice over and around the chicken.
06 - Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix all over the rice and chicken.
07 - Combine water with the cream of mushroom soup until smooth.
08 - Evenly pour the blended soup over the dish contents.
09 - Use foil to tightly cover the dish.
10 - Put the dish in the oven and cook for 75 minutes or until the rice is tender.
11 - Ensure the chicken has cooked all the way through before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Your oven might need 25 extra minutes, so keep an eye on it.
02 - Great meal idea for a busy night.
03 - You can toss in some veggies for the last half hour of baking.
