In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Cook pasta until firm. Chill it under cold water.

Heat the butter, toss garlic for about a minute. Stir in Panko crumbs, season with salt and pepper, cook till golden brown. Take it off heat.

Rub some salt and pepper on the chicken. Sear it in hot olive oil for about 4-5 mins each side. Let it rest for a bit, then slice into strips.

Mix together lettuce, cooked pasta, chicken, and Caesar dressing. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and cheese on top. Serve chilled or right away.
