Cheesy Sausage Potato Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced.
02 - 2 bell peppers, sliced.
03 - 1 onion, diced.
04 - 1 bag frozen shredded hash browns.
05 - 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream.
06 - 1 can cheddar cheese soup.
07 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
08 - 1 packet ranch seasoning.
09 - 1 cup shredded cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté sausage, peppers, and onion until lightly browned.
02 - Add sautéed mixture to crockpot with hash browns.
03 - Mix in cream, cheese soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheese.
04 - Cook on high 2 hours or low 4 hours until potatoes are tender.
05 - Stir well before serving hot.
