Set the oven to 350°F and let it heat up.

Grab a cookie sheet and line it with parchment paper.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions, spread them 2 inches apart, press them flat with a spoon, and sprinkle on seasonings if you'd like.

Pop them in the oven for 40-50 minutes until the tops turn golden and the edges look dark brown. Check them at 35 minutes just in case.

Once baked, let them sit and cool down fully for 20-30 minutes before storing them in a container with an airtight lid.
