Cheesy Crunch Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (256g) cottage cheese with 4% milkfat.
02 - Optional toppings: Ranch powder, Everything bagel mix, Pepper and salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and let it heat up.
02 - Grab a cookie sheet and line it with parchment paper.
03 - Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions, spread them 2 inches apart, press them flat with a spoon, and sprinkle on seasonings if you'd like.
04 - Pop them in the oven for 40-50 minutes until the tops turn golden and the edges look dark brown. Check them at 35 minutes just in case.
05 - Once baked, let them sit and cool down fully for 20-30 minutes before storing them in a container with an airtight lid.

# Notes:

01 - For crunchier chips, go with cottage cheese that’s high in protein. Keep an eye on them in the last few minutes so they don’t burn.
02 - Chips will get softer at room temperature, so have them within a few hours or chill them in the fridge for later.
