Cheesy Tortilla Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A bag of scoop-style tortilla chips (10 ounces)
02 - Softened block of cream cheese (8 ounces)
03 - Pre-shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
04 - One whole egg
05 - A can of drained sweet corn (15 ounces)
06 - Diced green chiles (4 ounces)
07 - 1 tsp of garlic powder
08 - 1 tsp of salt
09 - 1/2 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
10 - 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, finely grated

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 425°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper or give them a light grease.
02 - Arrange the tortilla scoops on the sheets so they’re face up like little bowls.
03 - Mix together the cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, sweet corn, chiles, and all the seasonings in a big bowl.
04 - Spoon about a tablespoon of the mixture into each tortilla chip scoop.
05 - Sprinkle parmesan over the filled chips, then bake them for 13-15 minutes until they’re golden brown and cheesy bubbles form.

# Notes:

01 - They taste the best when served warm.
02 - Adjust the heat level by picking different types of chiles.
03 - Don’t fill them too early if you want crispier chips—do it right before baking!
