Turn your oven on to 425°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper or give them a light grease.

Arrange the tortilla scoops on the sheets so they’re face up like little bowls.

Mix together the cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, sweet corn, chiles, and all the seasonings in a big bowl.

Spoon about a tablespoon of the mixture into each tortilla chip scoop.

Sprinkle parmesan over the filled chips, then bake them for 13-15 minutes until they’re golden brown and cheesy bubbles form.
