Cheesy Burger Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One pound of ground beef.
02 - Six strips of bacon, fried crispy and broken up.
03 - Eight ounces of cheddar cheese, cut into small blocks.
04 - Half cup of freshly grated Parmesan.
05 - Three cloves of garlic, chopped fine.
06 - Two tubes of store-bought biscuits or crescent rolls.
07 - One teaspoon of salt.
08 - Half teaspoon of black pepper.
09 - Quarter cup of butter, melted down.

# Instructions:

01 - Fry bacon till it's nice and crunchy, let it drain, then break it into bits.
02 - Put ground beef in skillet with garlic, salt and pepper, cook until brown all over. Pour off any extra grease.
03 - Take apart dough pieces and press each one flat into a round shape.
04 - Drop some meat mix, bacon pieces, and a cheese chunk in the middle of each dough circle. Fold dough up around the fillings, making sure to pinch edges closed.
05 - Drizzle with melted butter, scatter Parmesan on top. Stick in oven at 375°F for 15-20 mins until they turn golden.
