Cheesesteak Loaded Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
02 - 2 tbsp oil (for cooking steak).
03 - Chopped green onion (for topping).
04 - 2 cups milk.
05 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella (for the sauce).
06 - 2 tbsp butter.
07 - 2 tbsp flour.
08 - 2 lbs fries.
09 - 1 lb thinly sliced steak.
10 - 1/2 tsp salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package instructions to cook the fries, or fry them up until they're golden and crispy.
02 - Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil in a big skillet over medium heat. Add the steak, sprinkle on garlic powder, salt, and onion powder, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring until it's browned and done.
03 - On medium heat, melt the butter in a saucepan. Toss in the flour and stir well, cooking for a minute or two till it doesn’t taste raw anymore.
04 - Slowly pour in the milk while whisking. Keep stirring for 3-5 minutes until it starts to thicken up.
05 - Lower the heat and gently stir in the mozzarella until it’s completely melted. Set it to one side, keeping it warm.
06 - Lay out the fries on a platter, scatter with steak pieces, and pour that cheesy sauce on top. You can do this in layers, and sprinkle some green onions to finish.
