# Ingredients:

01 - Cheesecake Filling: - 4 oz cream cheese, softened - 1/4 cup powdered sugar - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
02 - Cookie Dough: - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened - 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed - 1/2 cup granulated sugar - 2 large eggs - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour - 1 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Scoop teaspoon-sized portions onto parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.
02 - Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
03 - Combine flour, baking soda, and salt separately. Mix into butter mixture gradually. Stir in chocolate chips.
04 - Heat oven to 350°F. Flatten 2 tbsp dough, add frozen cheesecake filling, cover with 1 tbsp dough. Seal edges.
05 - Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before moving to wire rack.
