Crank your oven to 350°F. Toss some parchment paper on a baking sheet. Scatter the oyster crackers all over so they’re spread out.

Grab a saucepan and melt the butter. Stir in the cinnamon, vanilla, and brown sugar once it's melted. Let it bubble for a couple of minutes to get nice and thick.

Drizzle the caramel mixture right over the crackers, making sure everything gets covered. Sprinkle the salt over the top.

Slide the tray into the oven and bake them for about 7-9 minutes. Keep an eye on it so nothing burns.

Let them sit until they’re completely cool. Break apart into pieces and put them in a sealed container for later.
