Caramel Cracker Snack (Print Version)

01 - 1 teaspoon salt
02 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon
03 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
04 - 1 cup brown sugar
05 - 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
06 - 9 ounces oyster crackers (1 package)

# Instructions:

01 - Crank your oven to 350°F. Toss some parchment paper on a baking sheet. Scatter the oyster crackers all over so they’re spread out.
02 - Grab a saucepan and melt the butter. Stir in the cinnamon, vanilla, and brown sugar once it's melted. Let it bubble for a couple of minutes to get nice and thick.
03 - Drizzle the caramel mixture right over the crackers, making sure everything gets covered. Sprinkle the salt over the top.
04 - Slide the tray into the oven and bake them for about 7-9 minutes. Keep an eye on it so nothing burns.
05 - Let them sit until they’re completely cool. Break apart into pieces and put them in a sealed container for later.

01 - Swap oyster crackers with gluten-free crackers to make this gluten-free.
02 - Everything else here doesn’t have gluten naturally.
