Cover an 8x8 pan with a piece of parchment paper.

Put candy canes in a plastic bag and smash them with a rolling pin until you get 2 cups of bits.

Heat chocolate chips with condensed milk over medium-high in a double boiler. Stir until it's all melted and smooth.

Mix 1 cup of crushed candy into the melted mixture. Spread it in the pan and gently press the rest of the candy bits on top.

Put it in the fridge for 4-6 hours or freeze for 2 hours. Let it sit out 30 minutes before slicing.
