Mix sweetened condensed milk with white chocolate chips in a big pot. Keep stirring until it's smooth and melted.

Stir in the vanilla, then toss in the crushed candy canes and mix well.

Spread into the pan, let it sit out for an hour to cool, then top with more candy cane bits. Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours until firm.
