Chicken with Buttered Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound diced chicken breasts.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon ground onion powder.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
05 - 1 teaspoon sweet paprika.
06 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
07 - 8 ounces tiny pasta shells.
08 - 1 teaspoon sea salt.
09 - 3 tablespoons powdered chicken bouillon, split up.
10 - 1/2 cup butter with salt.
11 - 2 teaspoons crushed garlic.
12 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan.
13 - Chopped fresh parsley to sprinkle on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend all spices together and toss with chicken chunks until fully covered.
02 - Sauté in oil for about 8-10 minutes till golden brown and reaches 165°F internally.
03 - Cook shells in water with salt and bouillon till tender but firm. Keep 1 cup of the cooking water.
04 - In a pan, melt the butter with bouillon, then throw in garlic and cook briefly for a minute.
05 - Pour in 1/2 cup of saved pasta water, add the shells and cheese, then mix until everything's nicely coated.
06 - Place chicken over the pasta, scatter parsley on top and add more parmesan if you want.

# Notes:

01 - Keep some cooking water for a smooth, creamy sauce.
02 - Make sure to wipe chicken pieces dry before adding spices.
03 - Pour in pasta water bit by bit as you need it.
