Let pastry thaw as the package says. Heat your oven to 400°F.

Set brie in the middle of your pastry. Add cranberry sauce and sprinkle pecans on top.

Snip leaf patterns from the edges if you want. Pull pastry corners upward and squeeze edges together, then put your leaf shapes on the top.

Mix egg yolk and water, then paint the outside of the pastry for a nice golden finish.

Pop it on a paper-lined tray for 18-20 minutes until it's puffy and golden.
