Boursin Mac (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 box regular macaroni noodles about 8oz
02 - 1 whole package of herbed Boursin cheese
03 - 1 cup white cheddar cheese shredded by hand

→ Sauce

04 - 1 cup whipping cream
05 - 1/2 cup regular milk
06 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
07 - 2 tbsp all purpose flour
08 - 1/2 tsp regular table salt

→ Topping

09 - 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
10 - 2 tbsp melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Melt butter, whisk in flour. Add cream gradually. Mix in Boursin and cheddar until creamy. Thin with milk if needed.
03 - Combine sauce with pasta. Top with buttered breadcrumbs if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Grate the cheese yourself rather than using pre shredded for the smoothest sauce
