Gravy Biscuit Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Gravy

01 - 16 ounces of breakfast sausage
02 - 1/4 cup of plain flour
03 - 2 cups of milk
04 - Black pepper, as much as you like

→ Pizza Base

05 - A 12-inch pre-baked pizza crust
06 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil (optional)

→ Toppings

07 - Half a dozen eggs
08 - A quarter cup of milk
09 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the sausage and drain the grease. Stir in the flour, then slowly mix in the milk until it thickens.
02 - Set your oven to 400°F. Brush some oil onto the crust and spread half of the prepared gravy on top.
03 - Whisk the eggs and milk together in a bowl, then gently scramble them until they’re just firm.
04 - Place the scrambled eggs on top of the gravy, then sprinkle on the cheese.
05 - Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust turns a golden brown.
