Beef Spiral Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One pack of puff pastry (2 sheets).
02 - A container of French onion dip (with some extra for dipping).
03 - One yellow onion.
04 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
05 - 2 tablespoons of butter.
06 - Half pound of thinly sliced roast beef.
07 - Half pound of provolone cheese.
08 - A single egg.
09 - 3 tablespoons water for the egg mixture.
10 - Some parsley to sprinkle on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Let puff pastry sit out for 40 minutes until soft. Heat your oven to 375°F.
02 - Cook onions in olive oil till they're soft, then throw in butter and keep cooking another 5 minutes till they turn brown and sweet.
03 - Smear onion dip all over the pastry, then add your cooked onions, meat and cheese on top. Roll it all up and seal the edge with some egg mixture.
04 - Chop into small pieces about 1/2-1 inch thick, put them on lined baking trays. Brush egg wash on top and pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes till they're nice and golden.

01 - Works with both homemade or grocery store puff pastry.
02 - They taste way better when they're still hot.
