Beef with Shells Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Heavy cream, about ¼ cup.
02 - 14 oz can of tomato sauce.
03 - 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
04 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
05 - 1 pound of lean ground beef.
06 - Half of a medium onion, diced.
07 - Cooked pasta shells, 8 ounces.
08 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
09 - ⅓ cup beef stock.
10 - Season with pepper and salt to your liking.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the pasta in boiling water until just firm. Strain it and put it aside.
02 - Warm oil in a pan, sauté the onions for a few minutes. Brown the beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Get rid of extra fat. Add garlic and chili powder to the mix.
03 - Add broth and tomato sauce into the pan. Let it bubble gently for around 4 minutes. Stir in cream and sprinkle some salt and pepper.
04 - Toss the pasta into the sauce. Serve nice and warm.
