Baked Ziti with Sausage (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup Romano cheese, split in half.
02 - 8 ounces mozzarella, chopped into tiny cubes.
03 - 4 ounces mozzarella, shredded finely.
04 - 3 cups marinara sauce or your favorite tomato sauce.
05 - 1 pound mild Italian sausage.
06 - 1 pound of ziti pasta.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Lightly butter up a 9x13 pan. Boil the pasta till it’s just right (al dente).
02 - Brown sausage in a hot pan on medium heat. Use a slotted spoon and set it aside.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, toss together pasta, sausage, tomato sauce, half the Romano cheese, and the diced mozzarella.
04 - Spoon the mix into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the rest of the Romano cheese and the shredded mozzarella on top.
05 - Cover with foil, bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Remove the foil, up the temperature to 375°F, and bake another 15-20 minutes until bubbly.

01 - Make it a day early if you want.
02 - Good to freeze for up to 3 months.
03 - Feeds between 6 and 8 people.
