Turn your oven on to 350°F. Lightly butter up a 9x13 pan. Boil the pasta till it’s just right (al dente).

Brown sausage in a hot pan on medium heat. Use a slotted spoon and set it aside.

In a large mixing bowl, toss together pasta, sausage, tomato sauce, half the Romano cheese, and the diced mozzarella.

Spoon the mix into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the rest of the Romano cheese and the shredded mozzarella on top.

Cover with foil, bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Remove the foil, up the temperature to 375°F, and bake another 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
