Fall Baked Spiced Persimmons (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 Fuyu persimmons, split into halves.
02 - 2 1/2 spoons of warmed coconut oil.
03 - 2 spoons of regular honey.
04 - 2 spoons of softened butter.
05 - 1 whole clove spice.
06 - 1/8 spoon of ground cinnamon.
07 - 1/4 spoon of powdered coriander.
08 - 1/8 spoon of freshly grated nutmeg.
09 - 1 spoon of plain water.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350° to warm it up.
02 - Rinse persimmons, then slice them up. Place them in a cast iron pan.
03 - In a small bowl, blend the coconut oil, honey, butter, spices, and water together.
04 - Drizzle the prepared mixture over the fruit pieces.
05 - Seal the pan with foil or use a lid to trap the heat.
06 - Let it cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
07 - Let it cool down for 10 minutes without covering.
