Parmesan Herb Mahi (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 Mahi Mahi fillets.
02 - 1/3 cup olive oil.
03 - 3 cloves crushed garlic.
04 - 1 packet Italian dressing mix.
05 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt.
06 - 1/4 cup mayo.
07 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan.
08 - 2/3 cup breadcrumb mix.
09 - Season with salt and pepper.
10 - Lemon wedges for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the fish into a zip bag. Stir up marinade ingredients. Coat fillets and stick in the fridge for 30 minutes.
02 - Turn the oven to 400°F and let it preheat.
03 - Mix up the yogurt, mayo, and Parmesan in a bowl. Stir in the breadcrumbs. Toss in some salt and pepper.
04 - Put the fillets into a greased baking pan (9x13). Spread topping all over them. Sprinkle extra breadcrumbs if you want.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 18-20 minutes till it's golden brown.
06 - Sprinkle on some fresh herbs and squeeze lemon over the top.
