Toss the fish into a zip bag. Stir up marinade ingredients. Coat fillets and stick in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Turn the oven to 400°F and let it preheat.

Mix up the yogurt, mayo, and Parmesan in a bowl. Stir in the breadcrumbs. Toss in some salt and pepper.

Put the fillets into a greased baking pan (9x13). Spread topping all over them. Sprinkle extra breadcrumbs if you want.

Pop it in the oven for 18-20 minutes till it's golden brown.

Sprinkle on some fresh herbs and squeeze lemon over the top.
