Baked Honey Mustard Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
02 - Half a teaspoon of garlic powder.
03 - Pinch of salt and black pepper, as preferred.
04 - 1/4 cup of honey.
05 - 1/4 cup of Dijon-style mustard.
06 - 1/2 cup broth made from chicken.
07 - 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
08 - Optional: finely chopped parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 400°F and move rack up to the upper third spot.
02 - Put chicken in a 9x13 casserole and sprinkle it with garlic powder, then add salt and pepper.
03 - Set chicken in the oven and let it bake with no cover for about 10 minutes.
04 - Stir the honey, Dijon mustard, chicken broth, and cornstarch until everything is blended.
05 - Pour the sauce on the chicken, pop back in the oven for 15-20 minutes, and cook until it hits 165°F inside.
06 - Spoon extra sauce over the chicken, wait 5 minutes, then serve. Add parsley on top if you like.
