Chicken Bacon Sandwiches (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 scallions, diced.
02 - 12 strips of bacon, crispy and crumbled.
03 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - 16 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes.
05 - 1-2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast.
06 - 2 tablespoons ranch mix (or one small packet).
07 - Bread rolls for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Put chicken into a 6-quart slow cooker.
02 - Scatter ranch mix evenly over the chicken.
03 - Toss in the cream cheese cubes, placing them on top.
04 - Set to LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
05 - Break up the chicken with a fork and stir all of it into a creamy sauce.
06 - Combine bacon, scallions, and 1½ cups of cheese into the mixture.
07 - Sprinkle on the rest of the cheese, put the lid back on, and let it melt for about 10 minutes.
08 - Spoon the mix onto your favorite rolls to serve.
