Chicken Bacon Ranch Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16-inch long Italian loaf.
02 - Melted butter, 1 tablespoon.
03 - Softened creamy chive onion cheese, 8 oz.
04 - Ranch sauce, 1 cup.
05 - Garlic salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons.
06 - Onion powder, 1 teaspoon.
07 - Chopped rotisserie chicken, 3 cups.
08 - Cooked diced bacon, 6 slices.
09 - Chopped scallions, 3.
10 - Shredded Colby-Jack cheese, 3 cups (divided).

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven and set it to 350°F.
02 - Whip cream cheese, ranch, and spices together using a mixer. Stir in chicken, green onions, and bacon by hand. Toss 1 cup of the cheese into the mix.
03 - Slice loaf in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the inside. Lay 1 cup of cheese on the bottom half. Spread filling from edge to edge. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of the filling. Place the other bread half back on top. Coat all outside surfaces with melted butter.
04 - Wrap tightly with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes. Take off the foil for the last 5 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into 1-inch sections.
