# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups Velveeta cheese, chopped into chunks.

09 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
10 - 4 tablespoons flour.
11 - 3 cups chicken stock.
12 - 1 teaspoon parsley flakes, dried.
13 - 1 teaspoon basil, dried.
14 - 1 1/2 cups milk.
15 - 3/4 cup shredded carrots.

# Instructions:

01 - Simmer the potatoes with broth and browned beef until potatoes soften, about 10-12 minutes. Start by boiling it first.
02 - Lower the heat and mix in the cheese, seasonings, and milk. Cook until the cheese melts. Stir in sour cream at the end and turn off heat.
03 - Cook the ground beef, drain it, then keep it aside. In a tablespoon of butter, cook the veggies with basil and parsley until soft.
04 - Combine melted butter and flour over low heat for 3-5 minutes to make a thick paste. Stir it into the soup, boil for 2 more minutes.
