Toss the chopped chicken into a skillet at medium heat. Stir it around until it’s no longer pink.

Put in the minced garlic and stir it in the pan for another minute. It should smell aromatic and flavorful.

Mix in the shredded cabbage, onions, and carrots. Let them cook just until they soften a bit.

Add the soy sauce and sesame oil into the mixture, cooking for a couple more minutes. Then take it off the heat and let it cool down.

Lay an egg roll wrapper flat. Scoop 2 tablespoons of the filling into the center. Fold the bottom part up, tuck in the sides, and roll it tightly. Dab edges with water to seal it shut.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F and spray the basket lightly with some cooking spray.

Place the rolled-up egg rolls in the air fryer in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops and fry for 10 minutes, making sure to flip them halfway through. Cook until they’re golden and crispy.
