Chicken Rolls in Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein & Vegetables

01 - 1 cup of cabbage, shredded into thin strips
02 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced well
03 - 1/2 cup of onions, diced into small pieces
04 - 2 cups of chicken breast, chopped finely
05 - 1/2 cup of grated carrots

→ Seasonings

06 - A teaspoon of sesame oil
07 - Two tablespoons of soy sauce

→ Wrapper

08 - 12 wrappers for egg rolls

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the chopped chicken into a skillet at medium heat. Stir it around until it’s no longer pink.
02 - Put in the minced garlic and stir it in the pan for another minute. It should smell aromatic and flavorful.
03 - Mix in the shredded cabbage, onions, and carrots. Let them cook just until they soften a bit.
04 - Add the soy sauce and sesame oil into the mixture, cooking for a couple more minutes. Then take it off the heat and let it cool down.
05 - Lay an egg roll wrapper flat. Scoop 2 tablespoons of the filling into the center. Fold the bottom part up, tuck in the sides, and roll it tightly. Dab edges with water to seal it shut.
06 - Preheat your air fryer to 375°F and spray the basket lightly with some cooking spray.
07 - Place the rolled-up egg rolls in the air fryer in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops and fry for 10 minutes, making sure to flip them halfway through. Cook until they’re golden and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Enjoy them while they’re warm with your go-to dipping sauce.
02 - You can prep these ahead—freeze the uncooked rolls for later.
